Excuse me, my sweet;
Dare I be so bold as to tell you how I feel:
How I long to hold you once more?
Whisper sweet everythings
through the breath of a soul set ablaze.
And how
much like the ardent core of the stars
that scatter the darkness of the night sky
I burn for you!
To again,
gaze upon eyes that could compromise
even the most stubborn of my frowns.
A smile that radiates obligation,
in which my lips succumb,
and follow suit in accordance.
Yes, even to experience--
by the slightest of your touch--
an encore of articulation gone awry
embodied in a fidgety nervousness.
Ambiguity fills the air
and with great continence I speak not,
unto you,
what I wish I had the courage to say:
"Be mine."
"Be mine!"
"And allow me to be yours."
